Hanoi, June 30, 2020, signing ceremony of Minutes of handing over from State-owned company – Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation to Joint Stock Company was held.
Attending the Ceremony, there were Mr. Bui Pham Khanh – Deputy Minister of Construction; Mr. Dao Viet Dung – Director of Department of Planning and Finance, Ministry of Construction. On the side of the Corporation, there were Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Cuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation; Mr. Ngo Van Dung – Member of the BOD, General Director of the Corporation and the key officials of the Corporation.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Cuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation reported the equitization process and capital settlement and transferring to the Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, implementing Decision 2438/QĐ-TTg dated December 16, 2013 by the Prime Minister to approve the Equitization Plan and transformation of Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation into Joint Stock Company; the Corporation has implemented the steps of the process of transforming a 100% state-owned enterprise into a Joint Stock Company, the Corporation was officially transformed into a Joint Stock Company model since July 1, 2014..
During this period, Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation – JSC has cooperated with the Steering Committee and the functional departments of the Ministry of Construction to prepare and complete the final settlement documents as prescribed. On June 5, 2020, the Minister of Construction issued Decision No. 770 / QD-BXD on the actual value of state capital at the time of handing over Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation – One member Limited Company into Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation – JSC.
At the ceremony, Mr. Dao Viet Dung – Director of Financial Planning Department announced Decision No. 770 / QD-BXD with the actual value of state capital at 0 o’clock on June 30, 2014 for handing over to Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation – JSC is VND 582,254,698,870, in which, the State capital in the joint stock company is: VND 569,495,000,000; remittance to Enterprise reorganization and development supporting fund: VND 12,759,698,870.
With the witness of the Ministry of Construction’s leaders, representatives of deliverers and recipients signed the Minutes of Handing over.
With the signing of this Minutes, Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation – JSC has completed all the procedures as prescribed by law in transferring of State enterprise into joint stock company, marking a new stage in the development of the Corporation.
