You are kindly summoned by Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation – Joint Stock Company to attend the training program under Corporate Integrity Compliance Program in accordance with the Settlement Agreement signed with the World Bank. The particular contents are as followings:

1. Content: “GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF INTEGRITY COMPLIANCE”
2. Time and form of training:

– Time: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on June 15, 16 and 17, 2020 – Form: Online training through ZOOM.

3. Participants:

3.1.    The parent company of the Corporation: Leaders, officers, specialists of departments, branches, and construction teams who have not participated or missed a part of the training program, phase 1 (Details are attached hereto) 3.2. Member companies: – Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Management Board – Leaders, members of departments in the fields of planning, bidding, construction techniques; administrative organization, accounting and investment. (Details are attached) This is a very important and mandatory training content to ensure the progress of Integrity Compliance Program performance and the deadline required to propose debarment to be released by the World Bank from the Corporation and its member companies. The member companies are to pay all the expenses if additional training contents are required for their leaders and officers not participating in the training course.
