VIWASEEN Corporation started doing business in the field of  real estate in 2005. The first project was WASECO Office Building in Ho Chi Minh City, four-star Heritage Hotel in Hue. To this day, VIWASEEN has been carrying out a series of different real estate projects. Besides two key projects such as: Office Complex for Leasing, Trung Van and Ha Dinh apartments in Tu Liem and Thanh Tri Districts-Hanoi, VIWASEEN also sets up a Joint Venture with Malaysian Counterpart to invest in a new apartment zone 500 ha in Hoai Duc town, Ha Tay Province.

Other real estate businesses that  VIWASEEN would be available for participation in:

Investing in energy production, including: hydro-power, wind-power,etc is one of the strategic objectives of VIWASEEN. The Corporation has been researching hydropower plant projects,  one of them is Nam Na Hydropower Plant in Son La province with capacity of 30MW.
